漢堡蛋三文治 Pork Burger Steak Sandwich


用自己做的漢堡扒來夾三文治,

少一點鹽和味精,

加上喜歡的蔬菜和醬汁,

健康又美味!

漢堡扒材料 Ingredients for Pork burger Steak:


免治豬肉 Ground pork-200g
蛋白 Egg white-1隻
切碎洋葱 Chopped onion-1湯匙 tbsp
切碎蒜頭 Minced garlic-1湯匙 tbsp

調味料 Seasonings:

麵包糠 Bread Crumbs-1湯匙 tbsp
鹽 Salt-1/2茶匙 tsp
胡椒粉 Black Pepper-1/2茶匙 tsp
太白粉 Potato Starch-2茶匙 tsp

漢堡扒做法 Instructions for Pork Burger Steak:


把所有材料及調味料混合

Combine all the ingredients and seasonings in a large bowl and mix well


放入攪拌機拌勻至有黏性

Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend into a smooth paste


打起後分成4等份,每份約60g,每份都壓成圓型的肉餅型狀

表面塗上少許油,再放進冰箱冷藏

Divide the mixture into 4 portions of about 60g each and form into a patty,
  
spread a layer of oil on the surface of the burger steak and fridge overnight 

三文治材料 Ingredients for sandwich:



白方包 Slices sandwich bread-2片slices
自製漢堡扒 Pork Burger Steak-一塊
蛋 egg-1隻
生菜 lettuce-適量
番茄 tomato-適量
洋葱 onions-適量

調味料 Seasonings for sandwich:
沙律醬 Salad dressing-適量
茄汁 Tomato sauce-適量

漢堡蛋三文治組合 Combination:


1.把漢堡扒及蛋煎熟

Pan-fry pork burger steak and egg and prepare for use

2.把方包烘熱

Bake the slices bread

3.在一片方包上塗上沙律醬,依次序或隨意放上洋葱,蛋,漢堡扒,生菜,番茄,再擠上茄汁

Spread a layer of salad dressing on the top of the a slice sandwiches bread,

then add onions, egg, pork burger steak , lettuce, tomato and tomato sauce

accordingly

4.再將另一片方包蓋上即完成

Put another slice of bread on the top finally
