材料 Ingredients:
雞搥 -10隻 (Chicken Drumsticks-10)
調味料 Seasonings:
韓式辣椒醬-1湯匙 (Gochujiang -1 tbsp)
蜜糖-2湯匙 (Honey-2 tbsp)
生抽-1湯匙 (Soy Sauce-1 tbsp)
料理酒-1湯匙 (Sake-1 tbsp)
麻油 -1/2茶湯匙 (Sesame oil- 1/2 tbsp)
蒜頭 -3瓣 (Garlic-3 cloves)
灑面 Topping:
白芝麻-適量 (White Sesame seeds)
做法 Instructions:
1.把雞腿洗淨拭乾

3. 準備一個密實袋,把雞腿及混合好的調味料一同放入袋內,
封好袋口後放進冰箱醃一個晚上
