實驗品係焗蜜糖雞翼,酸酸甜甜的,好開胃啊!!
材料 Ingredients:
雞翼chicken wings------12隻
醃料 Seasonings:
芥茉籽醬whole grain mustard -----1tbsp
蜜糖Honey -----------1tbsp
鹽Salt-----------1/2tsp
胡椒粉Ground pepper ------適量 appropriate amount
掃面 Surface:
蜜糖Honey-----適量 appropriate amount
做法:
把雞翼用醃料醃1小時以上
Preserve the chicken wings with seasonings for 1 hours or above
焗爐預熱至220度,先焗5分鐘,塗上蜜糖再焗10分鐘,反轉背面也塗上蜜糖烤10分鐘
Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C, bake for 5 minutes,
then spread with honey and bake for another 10 minutes.
Finally, turn to another face and spread with honey to bake for 10 minutes.
