清酒煮白蛤Sake Steamed Clams


鮮甜的白蛤配上酒香

回味無窮!

材料:


白蛤 Clams-600g
清酒/料理酒 Sake-200ml
雞湯 Chicken broth-100ml
蒜頭 Garlic-2瓣 cloves
指天椒 Red chili pepper-1隻
葱 Spring onion-適量

做法:

白蛤洗淨
Rinse the clams with water


鍋下油炒香蒜頭及葱

Pan-fried garlic and ginger in a small amount of oil until fragrant.


加入白蛤炒勻
Add in clams


加入清雞湯及白酒
Add in chicken broth and sake


蓋上鍋蓋,至白蛤開口,加上指天椒粒便完成

Cover with lid and steam on high heat until all of the clams open, then add red chili pepper
